The mission of Beginnings, Inc. is to enhance the development of children and empower families.

Programs include:

Early Intervention (E.I.) to help infants and toddlers who have disabilities and developmental delays;

Right from the Start (R.F.T.S.) to help young children who are at risk for developmental delays because of abuse or neglect;

Parents as Teachers (P.A.T.) to help parents of young children birth through three years of age who are interested in providing their little ones with every opportunity for success;

Parent-Child Home Program (P.C.H.P.) to help two and three-year-old children be ready to learn at school;

Parent and Child Together (P.A.C.T.) to help young children learn social skills in a play group setting;

CASA Beginnings (Court Appointed Special Advocate) program to help children who have come before the court because of abuse or neglect.
